AVANA is a Training & Recruitment organisation unlike any you’ve ever seen before.

We invest heavily in Research & Development to improve existing solutions and build new, innovative ones. With universities already teaching the sustainable breakthroughs of tomorrow, the new paradigm of change is already underway. That’s why we have respected PhD academics working with us as staff. In collaboration with the rest of the team, they develop the state-of-the-art intellectual property that enables us to keep our clients at the forefront of sustainable and innovative business practices. The AVANA R&D program draws on qualitative and quantitative data from our existing programs, market analysis, industry reports and international best practice.

Our current primary R&D focus is on technology solutions to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of product delivery through truly engaging and relevant channels such as tablets, mobiles and cloud-based solutions. Our own long-term commitment is to become Australia’s first paperless RTO and learning provider.

Although everyone at AVANA thinks innovatively, we have a dedicated Innovation team that works very closely with our Learning and Recruitment teams to ensure they develop the most relevant solutions that help our clients meet challenges of the 21st century.

We have already developed cutting-edge courses like “Green Chef” with many courses in various stages of development, to run alongside a host of more established learning solutions. Candidates that are part of our recruitment network – Talent Spring, will soon be able to search for and apply for jobs from their smart phones and tablets with our upcoming app.
