This qualification provides the skills and knowledge to perform effectively as a manager or supervisor managing a workplace. This powerful and challenging course is particularly appropriate for those from operational or technical backgrounds who are managing others. This can also be an excellent induction course for new as well as existing managers, providing them with formal recognition for their work. With all 8 units being electives, this program can be highly customised to suit your organisational needs.
